What is the delivery time?

Delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days.

How can I determine the right size? I wear clothes in letter sizes (S, M…), but the product I like is listed in numeric sizes (46, 48…).

Yes, you can order workwear with your company logo. To do so, please contact us using the listed phone numbers or email address so we can discuss the details and send you a quotation.

What are the branding options?

We offer several options for branding workwear:

What is required to submit a logo for branding?

It is recommended that the logo be in vector format. If you do not have one, we will convert it to vector format.

Are there discounts for larger corporate orders?

Yes. For larger orders, you can send an inquiry to sales@bultex99.com, describing the required products, quantities, and the company on whose behalf the inquiry is being made. We will prepare a personalized quote for you.

Do you issue invoices?

When finalizing your order, you have the option to request an invoice. After entering the company details, the invoice will be issued and included with your order.

Who are you and how long have you been on the market?

BULTEX 99 EOOD is a company specialized in the production and supply of workwear and protective clothing, as well as the import and sale of personal protective equipment. We operate a modern logistics base in Plovdiv with a total area of 10,000 m², our own vehicle fleet and an office in Romania (Buftea). We are direct representatives and importers of protective equipment from leading European manufacturers in Italy, the Czech Republic, Greece, Romania and other countries.

What certifications and European standards do the products comply with?

Our products comply with the applicable European standards — for example EN ISO 13688 for workwear, EN ISO 20345 for safety footwear, EN 361, EN 355 and EN 362 for protection when working at height, and others. Every product in the personal protective equipment category carries the corresponding marking and is accompanied by a declaration of conformity.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is calculated automatically according to the courier company's fixed rates and appears on a separate line in the order. Delivery is free for orders over 500 lei.

What guarantees do the purchased products come with?

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity. In the event of a manufacturing defect, contact us — we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the complaint conditions.

How are my personal and payment details protected?

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, and is used solely for processing your order. Payments are processed through secure, certified payment channels.
